Senior Engineer

Scott serves as Office Manager in Bend and has participated in a variety of transportation planning, evaluation, and design projects throughout the United States. His experience includes roundabout design and evaluation, traffic design, intersection design and evaluation, signal timing analysis and development, corridor safety and operations analysis, and pedestrian studies. Scott is actively involved in the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices as a member of the Signals Technical Committee and the Roundabouts Task Force. He is also engaged in teaching short courses on roundabouts and traffic signal timing.
