Office Manager

Dave began his career with KAI in 2008 and serves as the Portland Office Manager. His position involves a wide variety of responsibilities, including daily mentoring of staff, interaction with the firm’s management team, and management of the office’s financial performance, business development, and personnel issues. In support of the Portland team, which is made up of nearly 40 professionals including engineers, planners, marketers, admins, technicians, and graphic/web designers, Dave draws on his 19 years of business experience which includes a strong background in business operations, management, and human resources. Although he calls Portland home, he originally hails from Massachusetts and is a graduate of UMass Lowell. He’s an avid Boston sports fan and a devout member of Red Sox Nation. He currently resides in Tigard with his wife and daughter.
