Senior Traffic Engineer

Ztc-2013 Zachary has experience in a variety of transportation engineering and transportation planning projects in the public and private sectors. He has project experience in Australia, the United States of America, and Canada. Much of his project work involves using several software packages and methods for operation analysis of various modes and facility types. His areas of interest focus on operations and safety. Past projects and research have covered the areas of operations and safety of pedestrians, transit, and automotive modes on facilities ranging from freeways to collector streets. Zachary's research efforts include the soon-to-be published "NCHRP 3-98: Guidelines on the Use of Auxiliary Lanes at Signalised Intersections".
