John Callow

John has extensive experience in all aspects of transportation planning and traffic engineering. His experience includes traffic impact assessments, parking studies, master planning for colleges and universities, and planning/operation studies for infrastructure and transit facilities. John has been involved with many office complex developments and mixed use projects in the metropolitan Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia areas. He is an expert at recognizing that mixed use projects generate special transportation concerns. John has been active in access negotiations, mediation, and facilitation to develop effective decision-making that harmonizes solutions that address transportation and infrastructure problems with surrounding communities. He has worked closely with various agencies to develop consensus among stakeholders and offer mitigation measures for transportation systems changes.
