Felipe Ladron de Guevara, PhD, PE, PTOE
Dr. Ladrón de Guevara is a registered professional engineer with 13 years of experience. He has attained a Doctorate degree as well as a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in traffic engineering and transportation planning. His experience as a project manager includes the 2012 State Project of the Year - Starr Pass Boulevard/Mission Road Multi-Modal Improvements (PS&E). Dr. Ladrón de Guevara has analyzed and prepared traffic engineering reports for more than 80 miles of interstate highways in Arizona. He has ample knowledge of roadway and drainage design and analysis. His software expertise includes the use of Vissim, Corsim, Vistro, Synchro/SimTraffic, the Highway Capacity Software, ARCGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, and InRoads Storm and Sanitary. Finally, Dr. Ladrón de Guevara has performed extensive research on transportation safety, transit security, and signal coordination, which has lead him to publish his work, present it in several conferences around the nation, and also to teach an advanced level course at the University of Arizona.
