Kelwalee graduated from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (international program). Her project experience includes pedestrian facilities evaluation, light rail feasibility study, and speed limit setting for urban roadways in Thailand. She also contributed to a feasibility study for electric vehicles and car sharing in Thailand. Kelwalee has diverse technical knowledge gained from a previous internship in Japan and extracurricular activities across countries in Asia. She is excited to contribute her talent and enthusiasm to international transportation projects, including policy study. In addition, she continues to expand her knowledge in ArcGIS, Synchro, and AutoCAD.
