Traffic Signal System Master Plan

KAI led a project to identify and select a preferred alternative traffic signal and communication architecture for the City of Pasco. The project builds on an inventory of the City’s existing traffic signal system, developing a concept-level implementation plan for traffic signal upgrades and locations, along with planning-level cost estimates and a features summary for preferred signal hardware/software and communications. In addition, the plan summarizes communication system options, including benefits and planning level costs, for communications between traffic signals and a future City traffic management center.
