Andrew has experience in working on a multitude of projects throughout the United States and maintains a diversified workload to foster development and proficiency in a wide range of technical areas. His breadth of work includes: national safety, planning and policy research; functional roadway design; corridor and intersection safety studies; roundabout and alternative intersection design; and transportation impact studies. He has supplemented his professional experience with the pragmatic use of modeling and design software, including Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, SIDRA and AutoCAD/Microstation. When he’s not in the office, Andrew can be found pitching in several local baseball leagues around the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (DMV) region or supporting his perennially last-place Philadelphia Phillies.
