Ethan graduated from Rice University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minor in energy and water sustainability. His passion for people and places led him to the field of transportation, and he is excited to continue exploring sustainability, equity, and justice through his professional work. Ethan’s project experience includes engineering and planning for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit planning, highway safety studies, and traffic impact reports. He has developed particular strengths in data analysis and GIS. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys biking around Baltimore, exploring the local music scene, listening to podcasts, and playing drums in his band Kitchen.
