Ethan has contributed to a variety of transportation planning and engineering projects in Baltimore City and throughout the United States. He was in intern in the Kittelson Boise Office in 2017 before joining the firm full-time in summer 2018. Ethan’s project experience includes transit operations/planning, dockless micromobility program management, transportation engineering and planning for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, highway safety studies, and transportation impact studies. He has developed particular strengths in GIS, survey design, and data analysis and strives to incorporate justice, equity, and sustainability into all of his work. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys biking, hiking, playing drums in klezmer bands, and befriending the cats in his neighborhood.
