Joceline Suhaimi

Joce is a California native and a recent graduate of UCLA, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minor in urban planning. While at UCLA, she worked at the Institute of Transportation Studies on administrative and research tasks and served as the president of ITE at UCLA. She joined Kittelson in SoCal after interning in the Tampa office, where she worked on a variety of engineering and planning projects across the state of Florida. Prior to that, she worked as a project engineering intern at a construction firm and as a transportation intern at another civil engineering consulting firm. Joce believes that transportation is one of the best ways to empower communities, and she hopes to use her skills and talents to create more equitable and accessible systems. She has project experience in signal timing, signage and striping design, and general plans. When she isn’t working, Joce enjoys playing the piano and guitar, going to concerts, finding hidden gems in new cities, and eating carbs in all forms.
