Krista Purser

Krista is a transportation professional with experience in traffic design, area and corridor planning, traffic operations, transit planning and operations, roundabout implementation, bikeshare site analysis, and research. Her focused expertise in transit planning and operations ranges from rural transit system planning, service implementation and operations, Title VI policy updates and major service change evaluations, and statewide transit evaluations. Krista is involved with the Transportation Research Board’s Rural, Intercity, and Special Transportation Committee, serves as Vice Chair of the Institute of Transportation Engineers’ (ITE’s) Sustainability Standing Committee, and Communications Chair of the Oregon ITE section. Outside of work, you can find her paddling outrigger canoes and hiking in the Columbia River Gorge.
