Lindsey graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. While at the university, she was involved with a variety of transportation topics, such as roadway geometric design, traffic operations, microsimulation, and traffic safety. For her senior capstone project, Lindsey was the transportation lead in charge of roadway design for a major one-mile corridor section in Tucson, AZ. Throughout her studies, Lindsey gained experience through an internship with the Pima County Department of Transportation (PCDOT), where she learned about signal timing coordination, standard details, and traffic control for autonomous vehicles. She is familiar with the use of software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, VISSIM, and CORSIM.
