Transportation equity drives Quinn Wallace’s work as a planner. She uses a balance of quantitative and qualitative methods to seek collaborative, innovative solutions that center residents’ visions of their communities’ futures. Quinn joined Kittelson with work experience on a variety of transportation projects, including large data collection and analysis projects for transit providers, a transportation demand management program, parking and road safety studies, and transit-oriented development policy research. Quinn began her career in transportation as an intern with the Federal Transit Administration in Kansas City before moving to Los Angeles for her graduate education. In 2018, she won first place in the APA Transportation Planning Division Student Paper Contest for her essay on gender-based harassment and public transportation.
