Sarah graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a focus in water resources. Prior to her experience in consulting, Sarah worked for the Southwest Florida Water Management District, where she gained valuable experience in environmental permitting and state water quality and quantity regulations. She is a professional engineer who has designed roadways and stormwater management systems for transportation projects located throughout Florida, ranging from small-scale urban improvements to large arterial reconstruction projects. She has experience developing corridor models for design in both Microstation/GEOPAK and Civil 3D production platforms and is proficient in a variety of modeling and analysis software, including AutoTURN, ICPR, SWMM, BMPTrains, and ArcGIS. Sarah is a Tampa native and is passionate about the role transportation professionals play in protecting Florida’s environmental resources. She spends her weekends with her fiancée and her dog, visiting national parks, taking last-minute camping trips, and completing coursework for her master’s degree.
