Aidan Kelley

Aidan grew up in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida to attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Through his coursework, internship experience, and project work, Aidan developed a strong interest in traffic operations, roadway safety, and transportation planning. Aidan is excited to continue growing as an engineer and contribute to projects that improve how people move through their communities. He has experience working on transportation engineering projects involving operational analysis, traffic impact studies, roadway safety, and conceptual design. He has also used transportation and design software such as Synchro, HCS, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS to support traffic and roadway analyses. Outside of work, Aidan enjoys watching sports (especially Penn State football), spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking, and exploring Florida.
