Ali Razmpa

Engineering Associate

Ali graduated with a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and received his graduate certificate in applied statistics from Portland State University. He honed his knowledge of traffic safety – with an emphasis on bicycle and pedestrian safety – through research at Portland State, and he gained hands-on experience in traffic impact studies, data analysis, traffic operations, signal systems, and long-range planning through internships at Kittelson and at the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Ali’s statistical knowledge and data analysis skills led him to develop a vehicular detector data analysis tool for ODOT traffic control signals. Outside of work, Ali enjoys watching movies, playing ping pong, and cooking, as well as hiking, camping, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
