Andrew is an Engineering Associate with eight years of experience delivering projects focused on innovative and multimodal design. Andrew has designed, reviewed, and delivered over 100 innovative intersection and interchange designs including roundabouts. He most recently presented about trucks and roundabouts for a TRB Webinar in April 2021.

Andrew’s career has focused on roundabouts and innovative intersection design, network screenings, and safety studies. He recently completed the Regional Roundabout Screening Study for Pittsburgh’s Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) which used the Highway Safety Manual (HSM) and GIS based tools to identify high potential roundabout candidates in the ten-county region.

Andrew is actively involved in the Mid-Atlantic Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Outside of work, Andrew loves to travel and explore his adopted home of Philadelphia.
