Augustus “AJ” Kamal

AJ sparked his passion for public transit and urban mobility by visiting and learning from cities around the world. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where he focused on how thoughtful infrastructure and planning can improve quality of life. AJ is excited to collaborate on projects at Kittelson that work to create more connected and accessible communities. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, watching football, and playing ping pong and pickleball.
