Billy Swort

Billy is a Florida native who graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering. During his college career, he worked as a teaching assistant and assisted with several different studies, including FAA projects, and ATSPM projects for MDOT. Billy also has two years of experience overseeing a variety of construction projects from start to finish. Although he has experience in multiple areas of civil engineering, his passion truly lies with traffic and transportation. Billy has worked with software including AutoCAD, Microstation, ETFOMM, Hydrology Studio, and SketchUp. Billy is looking forward to increasing his knowledge and skill set at Kittelson by working on a multitude of transportation projects. Outside of work, Billy loves to travel and explore new areas, and try out coffee shops and restaurants. You can also find Billy working on his aquariums or even binge-watching his favorite TV shows.
