Caroline Smith

Caroline studied at the University of South Carolina, Honors College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. She has experience in the site development field and brings her technical design skills of grading, stormwater, and utility design to her work at Kittelson. Her interests in transportation include creating comprehensive, connected spaces that can be enjoyed by all members of a community. She is also passionate about sustainability, and in her free time enjoys spending time outside and playing with her dog, Piper.
