Chancellor Reynolds
Transportation Analyst (he/him)
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Chancellor graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in urban and environmental planning. During his studies, he grew an interest in active transportation, especially during his study abroad in Copenhagen. Previously serving as an intern in 2025, Chancellor has worked on traffic impact studies, transportation system plans, and community engagement for transit projects. He is an avid urban cyclist and seeks to continue improving multimodal connectivity for communities in southern California. Outside of work, Chancellor enjoys basketball, camping, and trivia.
