Crystal Phillips is a dedicated HR professional from Gainesville, Florida, with a strong foundation in human resources and a passion for employee engagement. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, where she is also pursuing her master’s degree. Crystal holds an associate degree from Santa Fe College and is certified as a SHRM-CP. Her areas of expertise include benefits administration, training and development, leave of absence management, payroll administration, recruiting, and employee relations. Crystal brings a well-rounded skill set and a people-first approach to every aspect of her work. Outside of her professional life, Crystal enjoys beach trips, hiking, weightlifting, and spending quality time with her children.
