Danielle Troutman
Engineer (she/her)
With eight years of dedicated experience in transportation engineering, Danielle specializes in the intersection of private development and public infrastructure. After obtaining a BS in civil engineering from North Carolina State University, Danielle began building a reputation for navigating the complexities of development services and balancing the competing needs of developers, local Departments of Transportation, and municipal staff. A significant portion of her expertise lies in intersection capacity analysis, where she takes pride in ensuring that every signal timing adjustment or lane configuration serves the community effectively. As a lifelong learner with a passion for problem solving, Danielle views challenging site plans or congested corridors as a puzzle waiting to be solved. When she isn’t in the office, you can find Danielle building the latest Lego set and strategically protecting it from her tuxedo cat, Oreo.
