									Jack is a certified road safety professional and has nearly four decades of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering. He serves as senior project manager for a variety of transportation/traffic projects. Jack’s experience includes research for FHWA, FDOT, and NCHRP; traffic operations studies conducted throughout the United States; traffic design, including signing, pavement marking and signal design; and functional design, including safety, environmental, and access management projects.
