Jasmine Blais is a proud French-Canadian with a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Central Florida. She has a diverse background spanning urban design and placemaking, transportation planning, environmental planning, and emergency management and resiliency planning. Her work blends creativity with strategy to shape public spaces and guide policy. Jasmine brings together big-picture thinking and precise execution, using tools like Arc GIS, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketchup to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making. She thrives on collaborating across disciplines to design safer, more walkable, and more vibrant communities. Beyond her professional work, Jasmine is a passionate cycling safety advocate and champions getting outside on two wheels. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and rock climbing—finding inspiration for her planning work in the landscapes and communities she explores.
