Raissa recently graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. During her studies, she discovered her passion for transportation and has fueled it through academic endeavors, leadership roles, and a summer internship with Kittelson in 2024. Her involvement in student organizations like ITE and ASCE helped her grow as a leader and collaborator and further reinforced her interest in creating transportation systems that serve all people. Raissa is excited to return to Kittelson full-time and contribute to meaningful work that helps shape more connected, livable communities. Outside of work, she enjoys playing softball, exploring new cities, sewing, and reading.
