Rebecca is a Transportation Analyst in Kittelson’s Boise office and a recent graduate from the University of Portland, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. During her time at UP, Rebecca studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria, where she explored new places and embraced her passion for transportation. From walking the streets of Salzburg to navigating the Metro de Paris, Rebecca’s multimodal experience left her inspired to focus on enhancing communities and solving unique challenges with sustainable, innovative, and accessible solutions. Since joining Kittelson, Rebecca has enjoyed working on a variety of transportation projects, including traffic impact studies, signal warrant analyses, and roadway designs. She also enjoys planning projects and public outreach. Outside of the office, Rebecca loves traveling, swimming, hiking, and biking. It is also likely you will find her cooking, drawing, and binge-watching movies and shows.
