Rita Halphen

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a master’s degree in civil engineering, Rita is excited to engage in a variety of projects at Kittelson’s Boston office. As a passionate engineer, she aims to expand her skills in both transportation design and planning. Outside of work, Rita loves traveling, running, and reading!
