Russ Doubleday

Planner (he/him)

Russ Doubleday

Russ holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University, where he focused on ways to improve multimodal transportation options. His research on transit access led to the Manual on Pedestrian and Bicycle Connections to Transit for the Federal Transit Administration, the first such guidebook that the agency had ever produced. Russ is passionate about providing solutions that are tailored to the needs of each community, and he is looking forward to applying his transportation planning background to projects across the country. When not in the office, Russ enjoys hiking in the Cascades, watching a soccer match, competing in a triathlon, or exploring Portland by foot with his dog.
