Russell Montgomery

Russell brings more than 18 years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams on a wide range of site development, transportation, and infrastructure projects. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and prior to joining Kittelson his work primarily focused on residential, commercial, and K-12 civil site development. Russell’s work covers a broad spectrum of civil engineering including roadway geometrics, stormwater, sanitary sewer, domestic water, grading, and ADA accessibility compliance. He is also an active member of the Home Builder’s Association at the local and state levels.
