Sharfuddin Ahmed

Sharfuddin is passionate about creating safe, sustainable, and accessible transportation systems. He earned a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning, an MBA in finance, and a master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on transportation systems engineering. Sharfuddin brings a unique, diverse and multidisciplinary perspective to the field. He has worked in both real estate and transportation projects, where he helped improve traffic control devices to make them safer and more efficient. His exposure to real-life transportation issues has deepened his passion for making meaningful contributions to the transportation industry. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sharfuddin enjoys traveling and playing soccer, ping pong, and video games.
