Silas Jarrett

Transportation Analyst (he/him)

A lifelong East Tennessean and civil engineering graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK), Silas is passionate about applying his skills to develop functional, sustainable, and equitable transportation solutions. His internship and undergraduate research experiences have built a strong foundation in design and problem-solving. He has also gained valuable leadership experience in his role as the UTK Institute of Transportation Engineers student chapter president. Driven by the notion of bringing an idea to life, Silas is motivated to contribute to transportation systems that better serve all communities. In his free time, Silas enjoys exploring Portland by foot and by bike, taking in all of Oregon’s scenery, and cheering on his favorite Tennessee sports teams.
