Tara is an Engineer with Kittelson’s Philadelphia office who is passionate about working with communities to build equitable and reliable access. She has six years of experience in the transportation industry, including bridge design and concept analysis as well as TIA review, area and corridor planning, and development work with the City of Raleigh, North Carolina. Tara has a degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University and is pursuing an MS in urban strategy at Drexel University. Outside the office, she can be found exploring parks and eateries in Philadelphia!
