Wade Scott

Transportation Analyst (he/him)

Wade completed his master’s degree in human factors from the University of Idaho in 2025. With a background rooted in experimental psychology, Wade is excited to apply his understanding of human perception, attention, and decision-making when designing infrastructure to be intuitive for all road users. During his time at Idaho, he gained experience in transportation through an internship with the state DOT and from his work in a research laboratory, where he led an experiment on automated vehicle takeover performance. These opportunities strengthened his passion to dive into the transportation industry after graduation. Outside of work, Wade loves working on cars, lifting, hiking, and finding new music.
