Warren Wells
Planner (he/him)
Warren focuses on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and integrating transit with biking and walking. He earned his master’s degree in urban and regional planning from UCLA, where he studied with Donald Shoup, author of The High Cost of Free Parking. He earned his AICP certification in 2020.
He has worked on Complete Streets corridor plans and citywide active transportation plans across the Bay Area from both consulting and community advocacy perspectives. Warren is driven by a desire to make transportation safe, accessible, and affordable for people regardless of their age, ability, or income. Warren and his family get around primarily by walking and biking, and he is always working to show more families the low-stress bike routes around the East Bay.
