3D Animation
3D animation introduces time and motion to a 3D environment. With 3D animation, viewers are brought on an aerial fly-through or first-person drive-through of the project area, seeing the interactions of vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians. 3D animations are an engaging medium that tells the story you want to share.
Photo Simulation
Photo simulations, or photo sims, are 3D models that are inserted into a photograph of the existing area. Often displayed as a “before and after” slider on a project website, photo sims are an intuitive, cost-effective approach that clearly communicate proposed improvements for a specific location.

3D renderings are still images created from a complete 3D environment. 3D renderings can be taken from a variety of perspectives, from a first-person ground view to a bird’s eye view.
