Andy is a Senior Principal Engineer with over 27 years of experience in planning, operations, and design projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Having worked extensively with clients throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, Andy is an expert on roundabouts, complete streets, road and intersection safety, and arterial/streetscape design. He is also an active member of ITE’s Roundabout Committee as well as a friend of the Transportation Research Board’s Committee on Roundabouts. In his free time, Andy enjoys watching Penn State football and the Baltimore Ravens.
