John Ringert
Senior Principal Engineer

John brings 20 years of specialized experience in transportation planning, engineering, and design. John’s focus areas are corridor traffic operations, traffic signal design, and multimodal sub-area planning. In the past few years, John has served as the project manager for local studies, such as the Southwest Boise Transportation Plan, and managed the traffic design elements of projects, such as the I-84/Eagle Road WB Ramp Design and the Eagle Road ATMS System Design. John is currently serving as the project principal for the State Street Transit and Traffic Operational Plan in Boise, ID, as well as for traffic design elements for the Portland-Milwaukie LRT Extension (West Section) in Portland, OR; and is the project manager for the 36th Street/Hill Road/Catalpa Drive Roundabout Concept Design.
