Ly has participated in a variety of projects throughout the country, primarily in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. While she has experience in research, planning, and safety operations, Ly specializes in final design projects. This includes all phases of project development from concept design for roadway and roundabouts to final PS&E documents and construction. She is passionate about improving transportation systems to be safer and more equitable for all users.
