Matt enjoys working across the full spectrum of communities, from the small town and unincorporated rural communities he grew up in to the complex transportation networks of urban cores.
When not working, Matt can be found exploring California’s national forests and wildernesses, nose deep in a book, or puttering around Sacramento on his bike.
