Matt has participated in and managed numerous transportation planning and transportation engineering projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Florida. This work involves technical and policy-related analysis for transportation impact studies, comprehensive transportation system plans, interchange area management plans, access management plans, corridor refinement plans, and traffic calming plans.
