Tim Erney
Senior Principal Planner

With over 20 years of experience as a transportation planner, Tim has successfully delivered complex transportation planning and engineering projects throughout Northern and Southern California. In addition, Tim serves as the business development leader for California, coordinating between the firm’s four offices in the state. His experience includes managing analyses and documentation for environmental review projects, access and circulation studies, freeway and roadway operations, multimodal systems planning, sustainable transportation practices, TDM measures, shared parking studies, pedestrian and bicycle reviews, and data collection programs. Tim is also working closely with industry leaders on helping to shape the future of transportation in urban cities, including implementation of connected/autonomous vehicles and shared mobility services.
