Tony Roos
Principal Engineer

Tony brings more than 20 years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams on a wide variety of transportation and infrastructure projects. As project manager, Tony provides project scoping, design oversight, coordination, and quality control. His projects include designing road rehabilitations, main street schemes, complete streets, full corridor improvements, intersection improvements (including roundabouts), and interchanges. He provides expertise in the geometric design of roadways as well as in stormwater, water, and sanitary design related to roadway improvements. Tony serves as the treasurer of the Oregon American Public Works Association (APWA), past president of the Portland Post of the Society of American Military Engineers, and president of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon (ACEC). He is also active in his community, serving on the Newberg Traffic Safety Commission and the Yamhill County Road Improvement Advisory Committee. In his free time, Tony is a high school varsity football referee.
